Firstly it would help if the guitar was in tune, but in this case honestly just buy another one. Second practice your strumming lots. Third, you look like your doing to much at once, don't rush it, breathe, be chill, even slow the song down a bit so you really feel it. Apart from that, I can see why you're gona be successful, lovely voice, and smoking gorgeous.
