because people seem to get uptight about electronic artists sampling other electronic artists, i'll say it now: yes, this does sample some stabs and hits from Wolfgang Gartner's work! it also has a lot of hits and stabs by myself though, so hey ;] the point is that he's an awesome producer and i'm not trying to "rip him off" here or whatever - i love his style and you could consider this an homage! if you think the melody or progression is ripping him off, that's not the case! the melody and progression are from one of the later ingame tunes in the PC Engine / TurboGrafx game "Deep Blue" (which is a pretty shitty game, i wouldn't recommend playing it!)
just thought i'd clear that up for everybody! it's weird how somebody gets props for sampling pop music, but gets attacked for sampling another electronic music artist ;]
