dude, sorry but I can't agree with you. Dead was awesome in Mayhem, tho yes there are not many recordings, but there is still people who saw them live with him. And you can listen to the band Morbid (from Sweden) in which he was the vocalist. Listen to the demo December Moon. Still, I prefer Maniac... Attila is the one I think kinda sucks as vocalist...
