It's not a song. It's just something that he's either freestyling or something that he has written to perform live. It's just a continuation to This Woman's Work. He says "just make it go away" and that is the same 4 words that accure in the song. And for those of you who don't know the meaning of this song; it's about a man how has to come to his senses and grow up while his wife is in labour. He needs to stop being childish and selfish and instead become a man and a father.

@SuperLibra1989 I think its kind of about a certain loss of oneself and closing some doors to open others when a family is being started. But Kate Bush (the song writer) was always very poetical, so its not like its one straightforward meaning. Decide for yourself what you get out of it.
