Max suffered without Terry Watkinson at this point- god that keyboardist sucks. Thank god the rest of the band was still phenomenal.

I was at this show in May 1980 and still have my ticket stub! I saw the band several times between '77 and '80. Always a great show. One of my favourite Max Webster shows was when they opened for Brand X and Genesis at the old CNE Stadium in Toronto.I also saw FM and Saga at the Roxy, among others of the era. Interestingly Saga played the now nightclub/theater just this past February. Unfortunately I couldn't be there this time.

I remember seeing a band when I was seventeen in 1978 in Richmond Hill (north of Toronto) at the BlackHawk motel inn. The bar was dingy, with maybe twenty people there at the most and some bikers got into a fight and smashed a beer glass over someone else's head.The band however really impressed me. I still remember them well.Their name was SagaPaul
