Philippe sings well enough, and the voice has a strangely magnetic quality to it.But when it comes to pure terms of SINGING, MEC is the one to watch, really.This singer, with all his expertise and vast experience, stands among the all-time great singers, whatever fach.

This is a great rendition, however I prefer the ornaments in Jaroussky's one, it's more touching. Two great counter-tenors!

I like Cencic very much, one of the best countertenor ever. (I hate Jaroussky's childish whining)

And I still prefer Cencic's rendition of this aria to Jaroussky's. It sounds more masculine to me. Though, of course, tastes differ.
