Mastodon exceeded their fans and that's a fact. I can't understand that "The-Hunter-Once-'Round-the-Sun" trolling. These albums are great, almost perfect. They are just different compared to the former work, and that is a part of Mastodon's magnificence. To me, not a single Mastodon's album is less worthy than another. Every piece of their work is just - GREAT.

Remission was loosely based on fire, With songs like Crusher Destroyer, Where Strides the Behemoth, and 'Ole Nessie being based on mythical creatures. Leviathan was water, Blood Mountain was earth, Crack the Skye has many themes, but has allot to do with outer body experiences, the title Crack the Skye is about Brann's sister Skye committing suicide. And the hunter isn't really about anything in particular. So, before commenting. Make sure you know what you're talking about.

false, crack the skye has to do with the element of aether, which is like celestial spirit stuff. the hunter has no theme
