*TL;DR: SAN DIMAS HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL RULES!* Was there ever a more bleeding edge, hip record, amazingly oozing with suave talent and decadent beats... all with a sinister undertone like Massive Atttack's *Heligoland?* Each song is it's own oddly beautiful living thing, both foreign and yet somehow familiar; haunting you, finding the dark places in you. And yet you just feel beautiful. This is not an album you listen to if you can't invest time to listen to the whole thing, for sure.

This is a great song. Listen to the 'bugs' in the very beginning, and throughout. Very primal, but not. Then at 2:15 it turns into one of the best pieces of music around.

Exactly. Heligoland just sticks after the second or third listening, and Massive were right to have experimented with styles as they always do. The album in my opinion, having listened to it over the past two and a half years is just one more touch of genius.
