There is a melancholy to this game, a quietness to it. It feels more "alone" than the other games - like a calm before the storm.Everything from the music, to the music being more in the background than the forefront so you can hear everything within the environment. The dimmed lights of the Citadel pushed the melancholy even further to the forefront.While this game isn't perfect, I believe this to be the Morrowind of the Mass Effect series - while the others felt more like action blockbusters, this one set out to be a great RPG with the set pieces making you feel like you're on a true space exploration adventure rather than on a theme park ride.

I don't know about anyone else, but I feel that THIS is the proper Mass Effect Theme, not the official one. This is probably the only track in the series to consistently appear in every game. It even appeared at the end of the Andromeda trailer, so what does that tell you?
