No it's not. This is a cover of the 1983 song "Juicy Fruit" that was later sampled in the Biggie song and a lot of others on top of it. The cover here samples the beat directly from the original song with recreated background sounds (which is something rare for a cover song to do since they usually don't sample the beat of the original song).
