There were some earlier references to another recording of this song but I'll repost with more detail. Wall Around Your Heart was recorded by Maura O'Connell on her Stories CD in 1995. Today is the first time I've actually heard MCC sing the song and I've always been partial to the O'Connell version. Check it out. I think Maura O'Connell has been a hidden treasure for so many years.

What happened to this song after this show? It never appeared on any of MCC's or Kathy's albums, and I can't find it anywhere by anyone else. There's apparently a bluegrass song with this title, but it's not the same song. Can't believe this great piece of songwriting never got recorded.
