As part of my practice of Gospel chops, I attempt to learn (butcher) Kevin Bond's amazing keyboard playing on Marvin Sapp's song "Lift Those Hands" from the "Diary of a Psalmist" album.

The drums and bass are pre-recorded (into Pro Tools). The keyboard patch I am playing is part rhodes, part synth (from the Motif ES). There are a couple of mishaps (including a stuck note during the first keychange, booo Pro Tools) but you'll get the idea.

i wrote this song years ago - it is crazy for me to see people working on the song technically. wow. Kevin Bond actually did the arrangement - he took it to a whole new level then when i wrote it. very cool. Christ is ALL.
