These guys are my favorite BAND! That's right, BAND. Not just some hot-shot standing up in front of some good musicians. IMHO, they are the best!

The African-American gospel Staples Singers were anchored instrumentally by the Fender guitar sound with heavy vibrato played their patriarch, Roebuck "Pops" Staples. When Pops passed on, he gave Marty Stuart a couple his priceless Fender guitars. This Telecaster is one of them. All I know is that Pops and Marty were great friends, and that half the guitar players in America would love to have one of Pops' guitars.

My first listen to them (my long-time friend suggested a listen)... Would love to hear them sing sans the guitar... The vocal tones, intonation, polarity, direction and proximity of their vocal harmonics is intense... They make it appear and sound to be effortless...

The song gives me goosebumps. Marty's guitar has that great haunting sound. A fabulous band!

The show with Buck Trent was the first one that I saw in full-length, and I will say that there are some hell sexy vocals in this song on Paul's behalf, cause he is giving it his all, and it makes me proud to be a fan of his.
