Okay, so I searched for The Handsome Beasts and Marshall Law in Google, and I think I found the disc you asked for. It's called Heavy Metal Heroes Volume 3 and it seems like you can only buy it.

@1254MAN i dont know the year what it came out in but i browsed through more heavy metal songs and recognized Marshall Law - Under The Hammer and The Handsome Beasts - The Beast Within, they were on the CD aswell.
