For all wondering about what the tuning is, I am almost 100% sure it is Open D major. Ry Cooder as well as a lot of delta blues players use this tuning quite often. It's the way I play the song, and watching Mark's fretting, I believe it's the way he does it. Mark's dabbled in other tunings a lot over the years, and he did a lot more blues playing earlier in his life.

His voice is kind of shot on this concert, but here I think it actually works better than the studio recording. It has a weathered soulful sound to it.

Who are the guys playing the guitar and double bass? Never seen them before. It's clearly Guy Fletcher on the keyboards, and someone who could be Danny Cummings on the drums, but the guitarist and the bassist, I've never seen before.
