I saw these guys twice on the Season's End tour in 1989, once in a bar in the US and once in a bigger venue in Montreal. I never really got too into Hogarth-era Marillion, but this album has a very special place in my heart, especially this song which I adore. Amazing to me that Hogarth can still sing it this well 20 years later. He hits all those high notes so perfectly. This song always makes the hairs stand up on my skin, even though I really don't have any idea what it is about.
