C5-Eb5 are dubbed or lipped. The E5 is possibly live. F5 and F#5 are lipped. The G5 at Tokyo is probably live, but the one as MSG is dubbed (she hit an F5 in that run in the undubbed, I believe). That A5 isn't live.
