Don't get me wrong, I can understand reactions like yours, i sometimes think the same, but in fairness, anyone who does something like that is not in a good place/state mind,and its not something they just get and decide to do one day, it's on the back of feeling that way for a long time and not finding a solution, you'll never know unless you're in those shoes, there's a lot of ignorance around depression and mental health, we're all vulnerable at some stage or other, it's never black and white11 years ago
