Loved this scene. Loved that Superman's flight took a massive effort and wasn't easy - in fact none of his superheroics were. Yes, I loved Chris Reeve as Superman, he's the best thing in some pretty goofy movies, but MOS is still great, and terribly misunderstood - it was a quest for identity. In this scene we see Clark smile, really smile, for the first time in the film because he's really worked out who he is. Sure it's a different take on Superman, but one that fits with today's world - and such a refreshing change from Superman Returns, now it seems that Supes has got some cojones again, and at last he throws a goddamn PUNCH , drink beer, watch football, sport facial hair, and drink a beer.

Its ashame this film doesnt get the recognition it deserves, I thought it was a great superman movie, and I look forward to seeing Henry Cavill in Batman V Superman, its gonna be an awesome film event.
