Sorry folks this song is not about a general "conspiracy". It's about the murdered civil rights workers James Chaney, Andrew Goodman and Michael Schwerner in 1964. They were registering blacks to vote in areas around Philadelphia, Mississippi. They were abducted by the Klan, beaten and then murdered at a levee/dam site. Their bodies were buried there and later found by the FBI. It was not until 1967 that the case went to Federal trial.  Listen to the lyrics and read a history book for Godsakes.
