@chAOStoob There is only electricity flowing through those wires and the potentiometers if it has active pickups, otherwise there is no power source so they'd be fine wet. And the effect on the wood is dependent on the amount of exposed end grain and the quality of the finish. I'm sure you could play all those guitars just fine. The keyboard on the other hand...
