'Confessions On A Dance Floor' is probably the best example of why Madonna has not lost 'it'. 'Confessions' was released in 2005, so I honestly don't believe that in a matter of 3 years to 9 years, she managed to lose what makes... or sadly to say, perhaps 'made', her special - and not just special: A legend. She still has it, I firmly believe it, which is why I don't understand why she keeps making these underwhelming, trying to hard, working with whoever is hot at the moment, albums. Come on Madonna, you're almost 60! How many more years do you have left where you'll still be able to put on amazing shows? I want an amazing concert that is promoting an equally amazing album, and hopefully one last hit. If Cher did it at 52 (I think that's how old she was) without even trying, then surely Madonna can!'Rebel Heart' had SO much potential, specifically with the concept. Imagine one disc with ballads, and one with amazing pop jams. It would have slayed. She had an amazing opportunity, but it ended up coming across as messy, and rushed, despite all the time she had to organize it. Not to mention that some of the best tracks failed to make the album - *cough* 'Queen' *cough*, that and the fact that the 'Rebel Heart' demo is far superior to the album version. Ugh...Still love her tho. And am definitely gonna see her live when she comes to my city. Hopefully she won't keep us waiting 2 hours like last time lol.
