I'm not trying to be a dick, I'm really not. But when I listen to this song I think about all the solider's fighting for us, or the ones who fought in WWII. Or the millions of veterans who are on the streets right now because they go unnoticed. Not some character who does in gears of war. I get you can grow an attachment to fictional characters but think about the real solider's out there who are ACTUALLY dying.

I once watched a video about the people that jumped from the twin towers on 9/11. This song was used as the back round music while many people made a conscious decision to either jump to their certain death or to be burned alive. That's what I think about when I hear this song. It's hauntingly beautiful.
