That's my voice and I wrote the song but that's not me in that video that's a guy named Sam Nelson who was my replacement in the group while I was in serving my country in the United States army in the Vietnam War, William Brown was also drafted and served in Vietnam, his replacement in the group was Quince Billups, after our commitment in the military was completed returned to the mad lads and the rest is history.

These Mad Lads are so doggone cool, I am so loving this. This is REALLY living. This is how we used to do it on the streets corners of South Chicago to get girls to watch us sing and move. I only wish there was more of this.

This is a good song-- I recommend looking for the full-length version, 2:42, which I did find and the fellas do some cool dance steps-- pre the Temptations fancy footwork. It may be the same one, but it runs til the end
