Let me help you guys out with this. MGMT made a song called "Kids". The beat in the background is sampled from that song. Chiddy Bang also made a song called "Opposite of Adults" (great song btw) which samples the same MGMT track. There is nothing more to it. If he's making money off of this song in anyway, I'm sure he cleared it with MGMT or there would obviously be the possibility of legal issues. Neither Mac or Chiddy Bang stole anything from MGMT or each other, both just sampled MGMT's track, which is actually a fairly common practice.
