Oh, i may be finding too many connections but fuck it. Note how LU made a reference to Nas in the hook, and how you also tie that in with religion (why you playing in the streets, you just a baby =Jesus). We often refer to Illmatic as the bible of hip hop and Nas made that album at a young age, similar to how Jesus fulfilled his mission in brief time. Nas was in the streets getting knowledge to make the hip hop bible, while Jesus was in the streets preparing to teach his disciples (parables/poetry aka original rap) and die.

I can see the first Dunk, like the movie with Will Ferrell and Andre 3000, people did not know what to make of it, but it was dominant. The same with this beat, the Chimes in the background slows down on the third loop. It is groundbreaking, and too dope. Lupe is the God of rap now.
