Rising star Luke Bond and singer-songwriter Roxanne Emery (sister to Garuda label chief Gareth Emery), get heavy in the new music video for their collaboration 'On Fire,' which Gareth has pronounced "the biggest track in my sets this year." With the perfect mixture of melodic trance and emotional highs and lows, 'On Fire' works just as well on the dance floor as it does through your home speakers and having garnered over 100,000 views in three days, Luke Bond and Roxanne Emery's track has proven to be a crowd-pleaser. Just don't forget your box of tissues.

Setting the tone for Garuda Music's new year ahead, 'On Fire' will be available exclusively on Beatport.com on January 13th and all other stores on January 27th.

ABOUT LUKE BOND:

Bursting onto the scene in 2012 with huge vocal hit 'The Other Side', and having scored ASOT tune of the week, Luke Bond has since released an army of club-facing anthems which has led to support from the world's biggest DJs, including Gareth Emery, Armin van Buuren, Paul Van Dyk, Nicky Romero, Dash Berlin, W&W, Max Graham and Darude. The freshest and most exciting name on Garuda, Bond's ascent shows no sign of slowing down.

ABOUT ROXANNE EMERY:

Roxanne Emery is a London based singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer. She has released three independent EPs since 2011. Her music has been featured in episodes of several popular television shows, including Cougar Town, Awkward, and Keeping Up with the Kardashians. She also runs her own label, LATE Records which manages other independent artists. Her album 'For Weddings and a Funeral" will be released in 2014.

The love story lyrics totally don't match the family abuse scenario of the video...

As someone who is experiencing child abuse first hand I can tell you the ending shouldn't have been that. It makes those of us who are attempting to escape the toxic relationships feel even worse than we already do. Dealing with abusive parents can scar you for life, and getting away from it takes more courage than putting up with whatever they do to you does. You feel guilty for "leaving your parents behind", but in most cases it's either that or your life

Roxanne Emery with a doubt has shown the world her true voice in this song and it has resonated within so many people who can relate. Excellent collaboration with Luke Bond.

This is response to Richard Moser. i think you have missed the entire point of the video. "On Fire" is referring to the love her father had before his wife passed. The daughter is asking what happened to the love he once had. The fact that your first thought was love between father daughter shows a complete lack of understanding.
