@mommamackie i learned the words in grade school too, but on the playground. As I remember the song translates into.....rub it, bend it, bang it against the wall! stroke it, broke it, who are we going to call? your wife has life, she´s oh so young she´s going to want it allllll..... @pylgrym Thanks for your help. I finally tracked down an English translation of the original Neopolitan language version and it was in no way similar to the English lyrics that had been originally (In grade school music class!) presented to me as a translation. Though still lovely, the English lyrics are more pure fun to sing. Still, the joyous tone of the song in either language is totally uplifting! Again, thanks for your help, friend.
