Love her voice! The song popped in my head yesterday and now I am listening to more Luba songs. All the memories coming back to me. That is the beauty of music, even if some memories aren't necessarily good ones. ♥

Just lost my father. This song offers some comfort. I'll always love you, Dad.

SHE'S GREAT, THE LYRICS ARE BEAUTIFUL, HER VOICE IS IMPECABLE, THE SONG HAS A LOT OF MEANING FOR ME BECAUSE OF THE LOSS OF MY DEAR Mother, and Father, my best friend from 3rd grade, and the list goes on and on, AND BECAUSE OF SOMEONE I CARE FOR AND LOVE SO DEEPLY, MADE ME TEAR UP......

I was listening to an interview with Luba today on Montreal's CJAD and she said this song was from a poem she wrote about her late father. Great song!

Like Dan Hill's "Sometimes when we touch" this song makes me want to puke. It is so amateurish and pathetic. The only reason these songs get played in Canada is because of Canadian content regulations. Otherwise they would be long forgotten.
