It's not the clothes you wear or the music you listen to or even the labels we apply to ourselves it why you do those things that matter. On the part of this song, and obviously i wasnt there when they wrote it so I don't know, i think at the time it was pretty blatantly obvious when someone was just being a poser and trying to act 'punk' without knowing fuck all about the diy scene. and the diy scene is one thing i would definitely say makes the punk scene, the whole spirit is there. the whole point of diy is to think for yourself.
