I don't share his taste of hats, but when it comes to music, he is and remains a genius. If I were the boss of the record company that holds his songs, I would see the gold in this and other rare and unreleased Elton John songs. I love how he's got the lyrics on a piece of paper. But as long as he sings live, that's fine with me. He's got so many b-sides and outtakes not yet released on CD, and since it's perfectionist Elton (I suppose) who has rejected them, I guess there are too many treasures hidden from us. When it comes to his voice and outfit, the late 80's are my favourite Elton John years, by the way.13 years ago
