Here's the late great Fran O'Toole on lead vocals with The Miami Showband with a beautiful love song which he wrote called "Love Is". The song was released posthumously following the Miami Showband Massacre, which occurred on the morning of 31st July 1975, in which Fran and two of his colleagues Brian McCoy and Tony Geraghty lost their lives. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a n-anamacha dílis. May they rest in peace. This video is purely for entertainment purposes and not for profit. Thank you so, so, so much for uploading this song! I read about this brutal massacre in a German teen magazine when I was a kid. Seeing Fran's sweet face it was hard for me to imagine how people could have done a thing like that. I wanted to find out more about him, but this being the time before the internet it was not possible. Just recently I have stumbled across this video and simply couldn't believe it. How bittersweet to finally hear his voice after those many years...10 years ago

Thanks so much for uploading this! NEVER would I have thought to ever see somehting of them! I was an 11-year-old German girl when this terrible attack happened and read about it in the German magazine "Bravo". Seeing Fran's sweet face, I fell in love at once. I wrote to Bravo trying to get more photos and information, but this being the time before the internet, they couldn't provide me any. Thanks to youtube now I can see him and even listen to his voice...What a gift!10 years ago
