This video is intended to show you a technique to achieve 300bpm OR faster without breaking a sweat. Marco only practices the drums for about 10 minutes a day. He works fulltime and takes care of his children, so of course it isn't perfect (yet).

In this video you will see Marco demonstrating what he calls 'alternate-hand blasting'. You will also see a few "flam accent" blasts (sextuplets) as well as "flam drags".

The hi hat is always playing the quarter note while the snare and bass drum play 16th notes. (and occasionally will play sextuplets, and some flam drags)
