I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I probably would never bring it up in conversation either. I also don't think it's any sort of outstanding performance, but for some reason I'll always remember watching this for the first time in 2011 and every few years I come back to it.

A lot of folks think this song completely is about the mortuary practices back in the day when wax and wire were used prior to time of embalming people for preservation of their skin and hair follicles, etc. But this song (to me) is much deeper, at is hit me at a time when we did lose a child, but I saw my wife constantly put her makeup on and wire pins in her hair and act as if nothing was wrong when we both were hurt inside. But we pulled ourselves out of into the light. This song helped us.
