How I made this... (The gist of it)

Basically, I broke each song down into sections. Some were just a beat long, some were many bars in length. I started initially trying to just make a song with "Slats Slats Slats and Party Rock, but it wasn't interesting enough and I wanted more material, after some trial and error I just had an AHA! Moment once I thought of Rock N' Roll, and blew my own mind when I added it lol. It wasn't just lining up the songs. I edited the chorus of SLATS by taking out part of one chorus and replacing it with part of another chorus and looping it, also just using some individual bars and notes in different places just to make it line up more with the vocals and beat of Party Rock. I didn't do anything MAJOR though. Basically everything I did was cut and paste, looping and layering, with some eqing (even though I had no idea what I was doing) do try and mess with levels so that the songs sounded better when they were playing at the same time.

Rock N' Roll. If you listen to the original then my version at the end you can hear that i edited out some notes/sections and replaced those with other notes/sections from the song to make a "new" chorus that didnt clash as much with party rock and kept more in tune with the song. Once Rock N' Roll drops, you'll hear Slats Slats Slats kick in again with Rock N' Roll and Party Rock towards the end.

Party Rock. Pretty obvious that I just looped some parts from the original, as well as layered some parts onto itself with some more beat chopping for the build up to the Rock N' Roll Drop. I didn't even know how to use volume effects or even how to beat stretch when I made this. Party Rock was 130bpm and i didn't even shrink it to 128. Instead I used a bar at a time so your ears cant even notice the difference lol... So much extra work lol but I didn't have any idea how to do it...

To answer all of your questions/comments...

1) This is not truly dubstep, tempo is 128bpm, dubstep is 140ish... Call it Electrostep...

2) The song @ 1:07 is the same song as the intro, Slats Slats Slats - Skrillex.

3) The song @ 3:07 is Rock N' Roll - Skrillex

4) This is a Mashup/Remix made only using parts from each of the 3 songs.

5) I am not a professional, this is the 3rd Mashup I've ever made/attemted.

6) I used only FL Studio 9, my laptop, and cheap computer speakers to make this.
