There are so many versions of this classic song by Legrand, but I think this version shows Liza Minelli's amazing talent. First of all, she places the introduction in the middle (some singers omit it altogether), so there are two acts in the song. In the first half the emotions are contained, in the second half she makes a riveting dramatic interpretation of the song. It's pure genius.
