I feel the same!But for another reason it brings me a familiar feeling. I think this song means when you're in love and you're just hypnotise by that person that you love. Your hearts beats so fast and everything is moving so slow for you. And your heart is telling you to do something about it maybe tell that person how you feel but that scary feeling of being rejected holds you. So maybe that sad feeling is the moment when you had the time but never took advantage of it maybe they felt the same
