I have been scouring YouTube for a slower version of the song than the original with vocals (it is ridiculously easy to find piano covers) for a chapter I'm writing. I love the mellower version of it because for me, the feeling of the song needs to be softer and more penitent but the lyrics are what make it perfect. LOVED that I found this.

Hey thanks for checking it out! Yeah a big part of me wanted to keep the profanity. But, by having clean lyrics, you're able to appeal to a wider audience - individual consumers, film, tv, ads... Mumford also has a clean radio edit, which I like just as much. Thnx again though! :)

Good on you for creating something of your own on the basis of a very good song. However, to chime in with other comments, I feel you took away the power of a song based entirely on power. I can only illustrate it best by saying that your entire version felt exactly like taking out the f*ck in the chorus and turning it into "messed". It emasculated the song. It's about having well and truly f*cked up, not having "oops messed" up. Still, respect for the creativeness.

Thing about this cover compered to the original is that the instruments in the original make the song way more..moving? I guess that's how I would discribe it. You're a good singer and should put more emotions in to it, it sounds like you're just singing of a lyric page.. The video was amazing and I enjoyed to cover overall, well done.

Well, im trying to be as honest as possible without sounding blunt enough to run a knife through. I like the song itself, but your depiction was totally opposite of the origional intent in my opinion. Keep making music though, your video graphics show promise!!
