It is indeed (just the melody though, not the lyrics). "Blue" was originally recorded shortly before Linkin Park started working on the Hybrid Theory album... They didn't really find the song itself to be worth saving, but did like the melody of the last verse, so they reworked it as the melody of the chorus of "Crawling". Great that you noticed that, by the way... I noticed it too, but at first I thought I was tripping or otherwise just imagining it. *_* Then I found out the information above.
