There are so many analyses of this song in the comments section. Someone else said it best, as a feminist, I don't think she would be "making fun of" or "calling out" strong, female stars (unless they piss her off, then you know ... totally different). But she's 1) obviously taking a stab at Kanye here (Yeezus, Sheezus) and 2) listen to the lyrics "Lorde smells blood, yeah/she's about to slay you/Kid ain't one to fuck with/when she's only on her debut" - that's pretty fucking empowering, if you ask me - it doesn't sound like she was being bitchy or anything but kind, really. This album DOES make fun of the music industry, media expectations, and she throws in a couple of jabs at people who've pissed her off (*cough*Azealia Banks*cough*). But this song in particular? She's talking about how hard it is as a woman in this industry (It makes me angry/I'm serious/But then again/I'm just about to get my period/Periods, we all get periods/Every month, yo, that's what the theory is) and how she's done with the bullshit (I'm ready for all the comparisons/I think it's dumb and it's embarrassing/I'm switching off, no longer listening/I've had enough of persecution and conditioning) .... that particular part is reminiscent of her beef with Amy Winehouse, which she later admitted a lot of her animosity toward Winehouse came from jealousy - the industry pits them against one another, but she's done with it.
