Weezy knows where he comes from he's kept it real and hasn't sold out except for on maybe one album. So I don't know why any of his fans keep dividing him into two people young and old. For any of you who think this have you heard the dedication 5. Also the carter 3 is his all time best album if you don't realize that then you don't know hip hop. He won a grammy for the carter 3. It depicted him as a person more than any other album. He had the chance to really speak out about the true struggles of his city speaking on behalf of the tradegy of hurricane Katrina. He represented with the most heart and soul on that album. His mid career is probably the best. But honestly I think hes got better as his career has progressed. His lyrics are so much sharper and makes more sense than old albums like this one. Not to mention all of these old albums were more like practice for him and thats why you can only get better as long as you don't sell out, and he hasn't done so because his lyrics are still ill. Anyone who appreciated his older albums ought to respect his career and the progression he's made. Besides you can't even keep track of all his new music, THE DUDE IS STILL GOING OFF!!!!!!
