Im not really sure what happened the last days of her life but the words on this song are so intense and affecting that it makes me think someone she loved left her after she knew she was sick. If this is true, then this is a real Tragedy. But lets just hope im mistaken.Wathever it was we all know this is the strongest song on the album. Nobody can cover this because i think it is extremely personal.

I still miss Lhasa de Sela. It's coming up on her birthday :'(. She would have been 42 in September 27 this year. She was one of the most talented artists that ever lived. She was the most brave as well to compose this song and sing it knowing that her cancer is not going away... knowing what was coming. In a few short years Lhasa gave us gifts that will last a lifetime. Beautiful til the end <3
