Levon was the consistently good voice on so many Band songs, providing the backdrop that often stabilized the then lead singer. And of course his performance on The Last Waltz with "The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down" was a tour de force. Will never be eclipsed. He gave it his all that night.

I think that its a blessing to us all that Levon was able to give us so much soul-enriching music, all the way up close to the time he left us. What ever had at the time of this recording, he joyfully gave it. What a beautiful gift.

@snoxbox let us hear from you in 40 years when you have grown beyond a dumb adolescent or just want to prove that you are still really trailer trash or even better, when you are dying of cancer I still wonder how you even happened to find this video but the fact that you were ignorant enough to make fun of a singer who was dying of cancer speaks volumes about your ignorance. Enlighten yourself & realize that the music world does not begin with Justin Bieber & end with Katy Perry (although I suspect that might make your head explode)
