Ronan Harris of VNV Nation has a great voice in fact he's not trying to sing (only does that in a few songs), He has a strong voice that sometimes comes off as apocalyptic, angry, meaningful, or in a God-like tone which is the point in VNV Nations music, its a powerful voice and resonates well with the lyrics. I like this bands music too but the voice is a little weak or pop-like or sometimes comes off out of tune. Deep or strong voices is typical in this style of music, dark-electro/futurepop/industrial/gothic
