Stringbean died when Leroy was only 7 years old, So I doubt he ever played a jam where Stringbean was present. Great picker none the less.

I play a version of it on the banjo in which I do it 6 times, with the first 2 times being normal, the next 2 being a little different, and the last 2 being different altogether, though I tend to keep my banjo on my knee when I do it... and I've heard Eine Kleine Nachtmusik (by Mozart) played in a bluegrass fashion.
