When young and poor, once spent a weeks pay to go to LA with a group of coworkers from The Alisal in Solvang for a Dylan concert. It was 1979 or so. Got there and found that he had found religion and refused to do any old songs. He did a set of what was to become Slow Train and it was over. My one chance in life and I felt so cheated. Someday, if I ever get a chance I will see Leon Russell. It would be worth it even if he sat there and hummed. MOSAT!

Of course!Young Men -When your train gets lost.Dylan in Malibu and Russell at the Malibu Inn, they have been friends for decades.I imagine these men are still friends.What a lovely show that would be!Can you imagine Dylan/Russell at the Bowl?
