This is, for me, Leo Sayer's best album. His departure for disco tinged chart fodder meant that the intimate musical vignettes on albums like, and especially, "Another Year" were never recaptured.I fully accept that, rather like the Bee Gees, his move away from the style of his early albums to a more poppy sound reaped great financial reward, but there is a part of me that says we lost a great talent at the same time.Related Videos
