This is when I like to see Leo, in his youth with speed and accuracy especially for Last steam engine train, which I think should be played fast. My version is much slower, but I'm too old, lost my speed.

Seen Leo play many times. He always exceeds expectations. People who complain that his music drifts into the territory of unnecessary and mindless melody, simply do a poor job of camouflaging their own jelousy of the greatest six- and twelve-string guitairst of all time.

Just saw him last night at The Narrows Center for the Arts in Fall River, MA. Still an amazing guitar talent and funny as Hell! If you get a chance, don't miss seeing him before it's too late. Time marches ever onward!

Saw Leo 3 times during the 70's before his tendon injury and he was phenomenal every time. I saw over 200 live acts during that period and some I've forgotten, but Leo was unforgettable. Great musicianship. For me this is where Bluegrass meets Folk music. Today's so called Country music is dressed up pop with a twang. No comparison.

So mechanically, technically, instrumentally perfect. What an amazing performance and the transition to Stealing seamless. Thanks Leo for so many concerts and performances we now all enjoy here. It was inevitable he would damage his tendons playing so intensely, he is mechanically the same now but the edge is gone.
