...Era un hecho muy común que los hits de aquellas epocas, se reeditaran en versiones con etiquetas como : disco mix, disco single, extended version, 12" mix; se extraina de los albums y se ponían a la venta estas versiones bailables para "las discos" (discotheques) (hall¨s dance) y si, en esa epoca había mucha gente muy "purista" justamente esta versión inicaba el movimiento new wave con artistas como pretenders, devo, the nack... que buenas epocas musicales!

Perhaps the 'disco single' thing had something to do with marketing in the late 70s? It is New Wave, of course! Mind you, I heard this song in a couple of dance clubs in 1979 and 1980. Also, there is a 'Disco Mix' of one of Lene's singles released in the mid 80s, 'Don't Kill The Animals' (with Nina Hagen), and again it's not disco but New Wave/Pop Rock
