To be honest, I think this song is mostly about Sash. "Don't know how it happened to us / But we're here again..." She knew Sash before during tATu but met him again at an LA bar, hence the whole bit about "we're here again." And this was around the time when tATu was ending. I think Lena was going through some rough times because she felt lost. "You and I must find each other / Even if I'm blind from glaring lights..." and "Do you know the way that I should turn..." I think it all shows how much she was affected by the group's falling out and how in Sash--from the moment they met again--she finally found what she was looking for. It's really romantic, actually. But I do think there is some Yulia references here. She continues to search and search after all that's happened. The glaring lights, the noisy city streets... things like these are distracting, maybe even upsetting. "I can see that you can see a love that can't compare / Really isn't fair after all..." Why isn't it fair? Because he could see it but she couldn't until later? Maybe it was because somebody else was still on her mind at the time...
